<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the development politics implemented by the Medan Estate Village Government in achieving equitable infrastructure development among hamlets, examine the role of the village government in determining development priorities, and identify efforts undertaken to promote infrastructure equity. This research employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving five informants, consisting of the Head of Welfare and Service Affairs and four community members of Medan Estate Village. The findings reveal that infrastructure development politics in Medan Estate Village is carried out through a planning process that actively involves community participation through village deliberation meetings. The village government plays a significant role as planner, implementer, supervisor, and facilitator of development while emphasizing communication and transparency with the community. Efforts to achieve equitable infrastructure development are implemented gradually based on development priorities and the specific needs of each hamlet. Although challenges remain, particularly limited budget allocations and numerous infrastructure demands, the community perceives that infrastructure development in Medan Estate Village has improved significantly compared to previous years. Therefore, continuous efforts are required to ensure a more optimal and equitable distribution of infrastructure development across all hamlets.]]>
