Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of usability and user experience  of the EdLink Learning Management System (LMS) platform implemented at the Bakti Nusantara Institute (IBN) in supporting distance learning. Through a descriptive quantitative approach, primary data were collected from 150 active students using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) questionnaire instruments. The results of the pragmatic evaluation with SUS obtained a final score of 68.50 (Marginal High or Grade C category), which indicates that functionally the EdLink interface is quite adequate as a basic facility, although it is not yet fully intuitive for new users. An analysis of the user experience using the UEQ instrument confirms that the platform has a satisfactory performance on pragmatic dimensions, such as clarity (+1.40) and precision (+1.30). However, the platform shows significant weaknesses in the Hedonic Quality aspect, where the stimulation dimensions (+0.65) and novelty (+0.45) only reach the neutral category or below average. In conclusion, EdLink at IBN functions very well as a stable digital administration space, but its visual design and interactivity are considered rigid and lack motivation for students' learning exploration. Therefore, it is recommended that a more modern and interactive graphical interface (UI) refresh be carried out by the system developer, accompanied by modifications to the lecturer's pedagogical strategy to be more proactive in increasing student involvement.
