The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between Hypothetical Learning Trajectory and the geometric thinking skills of mathematics education students at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh. This is a correlational study. The product-moment correlation aims to examine the direction of the relationship between one independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variable in this study is Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (X), while the dependent variable is the geometric thinking ability of mathematics education students at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh. (Y) Based on the analysis and discussion of the data, the linear regression equation was obtained as Y = a + bX. From the research results, the values of a = 0.072 and b = 0.798 were obtained, so the simple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 0.072 + 0.798X. For the linearity of the regression, the calculated F-value was 0.068 and the critical F-value was 3.03. Since the calculated F-value is less than the critical F-value, the regression is linear at the 95% significance level; therefore, it can be concluded that there is a linear relationship between the Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (X variable) and geometric thinking ability (Y variable). For the regression significance test, the calculated F-value is 8.417 and the critical F-value (F(0.05)(1.14)) is 4.67. so since Fcalc > Ftable, the regression is statistically significant at the 95% significance level, or the linear relationship between variable X and variable Y is significant. This indicates that there is a significant relationship between the Hypothetical Learning Trajectory and the data on the geometric thinking ability of mathematics education students at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh.
