<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the quality of educational services in tahsin and tahfidz learning and its influence on student satisfaction at Rumah Tahfidz Al Furqon. The phenomenon studied focuses on the importance of a comfortable, humanistic, and religious learning experience in increasing student motivation and satisfaction during the process of memorizing the Qur'an. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type to understand the student learning experience in depth in the natural context of the tahfidz institution. Data collection techniques were carried out through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Research informants consisted of students, ustadz/ustadzah, and managers of Rumah Tahfidz who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles and Huberman through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, while data validity was carried out through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that student satisfaction is influenced by four main factors: a comfortable learning environment, emotional closeness between students and ustadz/ustadzah, adaptive tahsin and tahfidz learning methods, and emotional and spiritual experiences during the learning process. This study demonstrates that student satisfaction in tahfidz education is multidimensional because it encompasses academic, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects. The research findings have implications for the importance of developing tahfidz education services that are humanistic, adaptive, and oriented towards the psychological and spiritual needs of students.]]>
