This study develops a science e-module based on the Discovery Based Unity of Science (DBUS) model, integrated with the Ikan Larangan local wisdom tradition, for ecology and biodiversity content at the Phase D level (Grade 7). Responding to the Merdeka Curriculum's emphasis on contextual learning and the scarcity of locally grounded teaching materials in West Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra, the study employed the ADDIE model through the Implementation stage. Two expert validators, three science teachers, and 15 seventh-grade students from SMPN 2 Pasaman Barat participated as evaluators. Data were collected using Likert-scale instruments and analyzed through ideal mean and ideal standard deviation formulas. Validation scores reached 7.16 (material expert) and 7.20 (media expert), both classified as Very Good (X 6.50), while teacher practicality and student readability scores reached 92.8% and 92.9% respectively, both in the Very Practical category. These results confirm that the e-module meets validity and practicality standards for classroom implementation, with the Ikan Larangan tradition serving as an authentic cognitive bridge between scientific concepts and students' lived cultural experience.
