Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) groups continue to expand globally. In addition to being supported by legalization in various democratic countries, the global proliferation of LGBT is also facilitated by the rapid use of social media. On the downside of the internet, the constant exposure to LGBT content on social media is feared to influence society, especially among Gen Z. Strategic efforts are needed to prevent the spread of LGBT ideology through social media. One effort is through educational seminars on the dangers of exposure to LGBT content on social media for congregations and mosque administrators. The educational seminar on the dangers of exposure to LGBT content on social media was held after the congregational dawn prayer and involved approximately 40 congregants and administrators of the Baitul Hikmah Mosque, Nusa Loka BSD City, Serpong, South Tangerang. The results of this educational seminar increased the congregation and mosque administrators' knowledge and understanding of the dangers of widespread exposure to LGBT ideology through social media, while also planning concrete actions to counter LGBT ideology in their respective social environments.
