Hubungan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Rumah Sakit : Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

ABSTRAK Budaya organisasi merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Berbagai penelitian telah melaporkan hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai, namun hasilnya masih beragam sehingga diperlukan sintesis bukti ilmiah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis bukti ilmiah mengenai pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di rumah sakit melalui Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA 2020. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai atau tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, dan ScienceDirect menggunakan kata kunci budaya organisasi, kinerja pegawai dan rumah sakit pada publikasi tahun 2010–2025. Artikel diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, kemudian dilakukan penilaian kualitas menggunakan Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal Checklist sebelum dilakukan sintesis naratif. Sebanyak 15 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dinyatakan memiliki kualitas metodologis yang baik berdasarkan hasi quality apprasial. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berhubungan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui peningkatan motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi, komunikasi, kerja sama tim, dan kualitas pelayanan. Budaya organisasi merupakan faktor strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai rumah sakit sehingga perlu diperkuat melalui kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk mendukung peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Kata kunci: budaya organisasi; kinerja pegawai; rumah sakit ABSTRACT Organizational culture is an important factor influencing employee performance in delivering healthcare services in hospitals. Numerous studies have reported an association between organizational culture and employee performance; however, the findings remain inconsistent, highlighting the need for a synthesis of the available scientific evidence. To analyze and synthesize scientific evidence regarding the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in hospitals through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This study employed a Systematic Literature Review following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. The study population comprised hospital employees and healthcare workers. Articles published between 2010 and 2025 were retrieved from Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, and ScienceDirect using the keywords organizational culture, employee performance, and hospital. Studies were screened based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The methodological quality of the selected studies was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal Checklist before narrative synthesis was conducted. A total of 15 studies met the inclusion criteria and were found to have good methodological quality based on the quality appraisal. The findings indicated that organizational culture was positively associated with employee performance by improving work motivation, organizational commitment, communication, teamwork, and service quality. Organizational culture is a strategic factor in improving hospital employee performance. Strengthening organizational culture through human resource management policies may enhance employee performance and support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
