Cyberchondria is a condition in which individuals excessively search for health information on the internet, causing anxiety, while neuroticism is one of the Big Five personality dimensions characterized by a tendency to experience negative emotions such as anxiety, fear, and easy stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between cyberchondria and neuroticism in early adult internet users. This study used a quantitative approach with correlational methods. Participants totaled 351 early adults (18-40 years old) who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The measuring instruments used were the Cyberchondria scale and the Neuroticism scale, both of which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was Pearson product moment correlation technique. shows that there is a significant positive relationship between cyberchondria and neuroticism (p < 0.05), which means that the higher a person's level of neuroticism, the higher the tendency of cyberchondria he has. These results indicate the importance of paying attention to personality aspects in understanding excessive health information seeking behavior on the internet.Keywords: Anxiety; Cyberchondria, Early adulthood; Internet; Neuroticism;Cyberchondria merupakan kondisi di mana individu secara berlebihan mencari informasi kesehatan di internet sehingga memunculkan kecemasan, sedangkan neuroticism adalah salah satu dimensi kepribadian Big Five yang ditandai dengan kecenderungan mengalami emosi negatif seperti cemas, takut, dan mudah stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara cyberchondria dan neuroticism pada individu usia dewasa awal pengguna internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Partisipan berjumlah 351 usia dewasa awal (18–40 tahun) yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala Cyberchondria dan skala Neuroticism, yang keduanya telah diuji untuk validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adaalah teknik korelasi pearson product moment. menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara cyberchondria dan neuroticism (p < 0,05), yang berarti semakin tinggi tingkat neuroticism seseorang, maka semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan cyberchondria yang dimilikinya. Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya memperhatikan aspek kepribadian dalam memahami perilaku pencarian informasi kesehatan secara berlebihan di internet.Kata Kunci: Cyberchondria; Internet; Kecemasan; Neurotisme; Usia Dewasa Awal
