<![CDATA[Education plays a crucial role in improving the quality of human resources; however, the learning process of elementary school students in Dusun Bulo, Poleonro Village, Ponre District, is constrained by a shortage of teachers, teacher-centered instructional practices, and limited use of engaging learning media. This community service program aimed to enhance students' learning participation, motivation, and comprehension through interactive learning and learning assistance. The program employed a participatory community service approach over five weeks, involving initial observation, community socialization, learning assistance, interactive learning activities through educational games, ice breaking, group discussions, simple learning media, interactive question-and-answer sessions, and program evaluation. The findings indicate that the intervention increased students' classroom participation, learning motivation, and understanding of learning materials while encouraging greater parental awareness of the importance of supporting children's learning at home. The program provides a practical community-based model for improving the quality of elementary education in rural areas facing similar educational challenges.]]>
