<![CDATA[This study examines the enhancement of interpersonal skills in children aged 5–6 years through group work activities in kindergartens in Bone Regency. The research aims to assess the interpersonal skills of children aged 5–6 years and to describe the implementation of group work activities designed to improve these skills in kindergartens in Bone Regency. A qualitative research method with descriptive analysis was employed to gather and analyze data. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The study concludes that the interpersonal skills of children aged 5–6 years in Bone Regency kindergartens have not yet developed optimally, as the children's diverse environmental backgrounds influence their interpersonal abilities. The implementation of group work activities to enhance these skills proceeded smoothly; although Group B teachers initially found the process challenging, the activities eventually ran seamlessly and were conducted daily. Consequently, positive results were observed: children grew closer and interacted more with their classmates. Furthermore, these interpersonal skills were demonstrated not only during group work but also during recess and the general learning process.]]>
