<![CDATA[The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is one of the digital transformation efforts in the healthcare sector aimed at improving the quality of services and the effectiveness of healthcare workers' task implementation. The success of EMR implementation is not only determined by technological readiness but also influenced by the level of digital literacy of healthcare workers as system users. This study aims to analyze strategies to improve digital literacy of healthcare workers in supporting EMR implementation at the Mondokan Community Health Center in Sragen using the HOT-Fit method. This is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation of six informants directly involved in the use of EMR, then analyzed based on human, organizational, technological, and net benefit aspects. The results show that healthcare workers have been able to operate EMR and have experienced its benefits in accelerating services and simplifying patient data management. However, there are still differences in digital literacy skills among healthcare workers and the lack of a systematic and sustainable competency development program. Organizational support and system quality are considered good, but still need to be improved through routine training, technical assistance, and periodic evaluation. This study concludes that strengthening digital literacy supported by human, organizational, and technological aspects can increase the success of RME implementation at the Mondokan Sragen Community Health Center.]]>
