This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational program management and its implications for enhancing students' hard skills at MA Al Musthofawiyah Palang. The study is motivated by the importance of students mastering technical skills to navigate technological advancements and the demands of the workforce. A qualitative approach utilizing a case study design was employed. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and documentation. Research informants included the school principal, the deputy principal for curriculum affairs, teaching staff, students, and other parties associated with the educational program's implementation. Data analysis proceeded through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through triangulation. The results indicate that educational program management at MA Al Musthofawiyah Palang has been effectively implemented through planned instructional management, the organization of teaching staff, facility utilization, and the conduct of lessons in both classrooms and laboratories. The educational program provides opportunities for students to acquire both knowledge and experience through hands-on practice. The program's impact on enhancing hard skills is evident through project-based learning, the use of educational technology, regular practical exercises, and the development of students' ability to manage their own learning processes independently. Thus, well-directed educational program management supports the improvement of students' technical skills and prepares them to face technological developments and workforce requirements.
