This research is motivated by the weakening of national character marked by widespread intolerance, corruption, and the fading of nationalist spirit among students. The study aims to examine a model for integrating Islamic educational management and civic education in strengthening national character. A qualitative method with a case study approach was used across four public madrasah aliyah in Java. The findings indicate that the integration of Islamic educational management and civic education through curriculum synchronization, Islamic-democratic school culture, integrity-based leadership, and Islamic value-based citizenship programs is effective in building strong national character. In conclusion, the synergy between these two educational systems produces a holistic and relevant educational model in addressing the challenge of the national character crisis in the era of globalization.
