Kainlokal is a batik fashion enterprise that lacks an integrated information system, making it difficult for customers to access comprehensive product information while limiting the company's ability to systematically collect customer feedback. This study aims to design a website that functions as both a product catalog and a platform for collecting Voice of Customer (VoC) data. The system was developed through a structured process involving rich picture analysis, stakeholder identification, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, data flow diagrams, and a VoC questionnaire based on eight product quality dimensions. The website was implemented using the Laravel framework, supported by Laragon, Visual Studio Code, and MySQL. The resulting system integrates product information management with structured customer feedback to support product improvement and decision-making. Economic feasibility analysis indicates that the proposed investment is financially viable, with the projected Return on Investment (ROI) increasing from 137% in the first year to 175% in the third year, demonstrating the potential of the system to enhance both operational performance and business sustainability.
