<![CDATA[Developing educational technology requires learning media that helps students build 21st-century skills, particularly critical thinking. This study aims to develop a flipbook-based digital bulletin medium, determine its feasibility, and analyse improvements in elementary school students' critical thinking skills in IPAS learning. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The study subjects were 34 fifth-grade students at SDN Cilayang 1, Serang Regency. Data were collected through expert validation questionnaires, teacher and student response questionnaires, and critical thinking skill tests. The developed media received an average validation score of 94%, comprising material expert validation (98%), language expert validation (91%), and media expert validation (92%), and was categorised as very feasible. Implementation results showed that students' critical thinking skills increased after using the flipbook-based digital bulletin, with an average N-Gain score of 0.70, categorised as high. Based on these findings, the flipbook-based digital bulletin can be used as an alternative interactive learning medium to support critical thinking skills in IPAS learning at elementary schools.]]>
