<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the limitations of learning media used by teachers, particularly in the nervous system topic at the senior high school level, where instructional videos were mostly taken from YouTube and did not fully align with learning objectives. This condition impacted students’ motivation and understanding. The purpose of this study was to develop a video-based learning media on the nervous system topic for senior high school (SMA/MA) that is valid and practical. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), but it was limited to the develop stage. The validity test was conducted by two lecturers and one biology teacher, while the practicality test involved a teacher and students of Phase F at SMA PGRI 2 Padang. The instruments used were validity and practicality questionnaires with a Likert scale. The results showed that the developed learning video achieved a validity score of 91%, categorized as very valid. Meanwhile, the practicality results were 89% by the teacher and 85% by students, both categorized as very practical. Therefore, the developed video learning media is feasible to be used in biology learning.]]>
