Digital media has driven the use of company profile videos as a branding tool capable of building an emotional connection with the audience. This study aims to analyze the role of the scriptwriter in the production of the company profile video series Café Halaman Omah by applying Syd Field’s Three-Act Structure theory. The method used is qualitative descriptive, employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, documentation, literature review, and active participation in the production process. The output consists of four episodes of the web series published via Instagram Reels. The results indicate that the application of the setup, confrontation, and resolution structure successfully builds a coherent, emotional, and effective narrative in conveying the brand identity of Café Halaman Omah. The scriptwriter’s role is also crucial in maintaining narrative consistency throughout the pre-production, production, and post-production stages. Thus, the storytelling approach based on the three-act structure is deemed effective in producing an informative company profile video that simultaneously fosters an emotional connection with the audience.
