<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of local culture-based IPAS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial) learning in improving elementary school students’ understanding through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The background of this study is based on the importance of integrating local cultural values into the learning process to create contextual, meaningful, and student-centered learning experiences. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach with the Systematic Literature Review method by collecting and analyzing various relevant national and international journal articles related to local culture-based IPAS learning in elementary schools. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of local culture-based learning can improve students’ conceptual understanding, learning motivation, critical thinking skills, and participation in classroom learning activities. In addition, integrating local cultural values into IPAS learning helps students connect learning materials with their daily lives and social environments. Therefore, local culture-based IPAS learning is considered effective in creating contextual and meaningful learning processes in elementary schools.]]>
