This study is motivated by the increasing use of social media in education, which affects interaction patterns and teacher professionalism, thereby raising ethical challenges in digital practices. The objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of teacher ethics amid the flow of social media and to identify relevant challenges and strategies in maintaining professionalism. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving teachers as research subjects, and utilizes data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that social media is used as a medium for learning and communication; however, it also presents challenges such as oversharing, privacy conflicts, and public opinion pressure, thus requiring strengthened ethics, communication boundaries, and digital literacy. In conclusion, the proper implementation of teacher ethics, supported by digital literacy and appropriate strategies, can maintain professionalism and improve the quality of educational interaction in the digital era.
