Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of religious facilitation program at MTs YMI Wonopringgo Pekalongan using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative method and case study approach. Data collection was done through in-depth interviews, observations and surveys. The research findings show that the program has been successful in achieving its goals, but some aspects still need improvement. Recommendations for program development include enriching learning materials, providing ongoing training for teachers, developing extracurricular activities, and increasing cooperation with the local community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of digital ethics from an Islamic educational perspective, explain the etiquette of interacting in cyberspace based on Islamic values, and analyze the relevance of digital ethics in shaping the character of Muslims with noble morals in the digital age. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach sourced from the Qur'an, hadith, classical and contemporary literature, as well as academic articles related to digital ethics and Islamic education. The results of the study show that digital ethics in Islam are based on the values of manners and morals that emphasize the importance of honesty, trustworthiness, responsibility, and politeness in the use of technology and online communication. These ethics serve as moral guidelines for Muslims to avoid negative behaviors such as spreading hoaxes, hate speech, and privacy violations. In addition, Islamic education has a strategic role in shaping students' ethical character through the integration of Islamic values into the curriculum and digital learning practices. Thus, the application of digital ethics based on Islamic values can create a generation of Muslims who are noble, wise in using media, and responsible in utilizing technology as a means of da'wah and for the benefit of the ummah.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) in education has brought significant changes, but has also given rise to ethical dilemmas for the teaching profession, particularly regarding academic honesty and educator integrity. This study aims to analyze the forms of ethical dilemmas faced by teachers in the digital era, examine the impact of AI use on academic honesty, and identify strategies that can be implemented to maintain professional integrity in an adaptive and responsible manner. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study, through an analysis of various scientific journals and relevant sources from the past five years related to educational ethics and the use of AI. The results show that the use of AI has the potential to increase learning efficiency, but also triggers the risk of plagiarism, cognitive dependency, and a decline in students' critical thinking skills. Furthermore, a gap in digital ethics literacy among teachers was found, resulting in weak oversight and enforcement of academic integrity. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen AI ethics literacy, improve teachers' professional competence, and develop adaptive education policies to ensure that technology is used wisely without neglecting the values of academic honesty and responsibility.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of professional ethics in fostering a work ethic among teachers amid the increasingly complex challenges of modern education. The decline in discipline and professional responsibility, as well as the weak commitment of some educators to the quality of learning, highlights the need to strengthen teachers’ professional ethics. This study aims to analyze the concept of teachers’ professional ethics and its implications for the development of a work ethic in the field of education. The study employs a qualitative approach using library research. Data were collected from various scholarly sources, including national journals, books, and educational regulations relevant to professional ethics and teachers’ work ethic. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis to identify conceptual relationships between professional ethics and teachers’ work ethic. The results of the study indicate that professional ethics have a significant influence on the formation of teachers’ work ethic, particularly in terms of responsibility, discipline, integrity, professional loyalty, and commitment to improving the quality of education. Teachers who possess a good understanding and application of professional ethics tend to demonstrate a higher work ethic in carrying out their educational duties. This study confirms that strengthening professional ethics must be an integral part of teacher competency development in order to continuously improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze teachers’ moral competence in maintaining interaction boundaries with students in the digital era. The development of digital technology had transformed educational interaction patterns from those previously limited to classroom settings into broader communication through social media, instant messaging applications, and online learning platforms. This condition created more flexible communication opportunities, but also presented challenges in maintaining teachers’ professional boundaries. This study used a qualitative approach with a library research method by collecting and analyzing relevant scientific literature. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify the concept of teachers’ moral competence, changes in educational interaction patterns, and the challenges of professionalism in the digital era. The results showed that teachers’ moral competence played an important role as the foundation of educational professionalism related to integrity, responsibility, and exemplary conduct. In addition, the development of digital interaction had expanded educational communication spaces, requiring teachers to have stronger moral awareness in maintaining interaction boundaries with students. This study confirmed that strengthening teachers’ moral competence was an important necessity in maintaining the quality of educational relationships in the digital era. Keywords: Teacher professionalism, digital interaction, educational ethics ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi moral guru dalam menjaga batas interaksi dengan peserta didik di era digital. Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah pola interaksi pendidikan dari yang sebelumnya terbatas pada ruang kelas menjadi lebih luas melalui media sosial, aplikasi pesan instan, dan platform pembelajaran daring. Kondisi ini membuka peluang komunikasi yang lebih fleksibel, tetapi juga menghadirkan tantangan dalam menjaga batas profesional guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode library research melalui pengumpulan dan analisis berbagai literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi untuk mengidentifikasi konsep kompetensi moral guru, perubahan pola interaksi pendidikan, serta tantangan profesionalisme di era digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi moral guru memiliki peran penting sebagai fondasi profesionalisme pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan integritas, tanggung jawab, dan keteladanan. Selain itu, perkembangan interaksi digital telah memperluas ruang komunikasi pendidikan sehingga menuntut guru memiliki kesadaran moral yang lebih kuat dalam menjaga batas interaksi dengan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan kompetensi moral guru menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam menjaga kualitas hubungan pendidikan di era digital.
