This study aims to describe the strategies employed by the school principal in managing the digital ethics of teachers and educational staff at SD Negeri 353 Patalabunga in Luwu Regency. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research subject is the school principal, while the research informants consist of teachers and educational staff selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. Data analysis utilized the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model, which encompasses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation, extended researcher participation, and member checking. The research results indicate that the principal’s strategies for managing digital ethics are implemented through habit formation, modeling, policy development, supervision, and continuous evaluation. The implementation of these strategies has a positive impact on enhancing teacher professionalism, student digital behavior, and a more respectful digital communication culture within the school environment. However, the study also identified challenges, including varying levels of digital literacy, limited supervision outside of school, and a lack of structured training related to digital ethics.
