Abstract:This study aims to determine learning outcomes and differences in learning outcomes of students' skills of the physical processes in SMP Negeri 3 XIII Koto Kampar using joyful learning. This study is a pre experiment with comparison group design intact. Instruments used in the collection of data is the test result of learning science process skills of physics. Data collection research conducted at the end of the learning process. Physics student learning outcome data were analyzed through descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis showed that the increase in learning outcomes of students after learning process skills using joyful learning there was an increase of 9.6 in the low category. Inferential analysis of data obtained from the normal distribution through the calculation using SPSS 21 is obtained t count = 2,526> t table = 2.023 so that there are significant differences in the results of the physics students learn skills through joyful learning.Key Words:learning outcomes, process skills, joyful learning

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan pada SMAN 27 Kabupaten Bone.Sampell menggunakan metode total sampling, yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Semua sampel berjumlah 52 responden pada SMAN 27 Kabupaten Bone. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara langsung kepada pihak – pihak yang terlibat dengan masalah yang sedang dibahas serta memberikan kuesioner kepada pegawai yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda, Uji T. Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa (1) pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di SMAN 27 Kabupaten Bone (2) pemberian insentif berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di SMAN 27 Kabupaten Bone (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di SMAN 27 Kabupaten Bone (4) pengalaman kerja, pemberian insentif, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di SMAN 27 Kabupaten Bone Kata Kunci: Pengalaman Kerja, Pemberian Insentif, Disiplin Kerja, dan Produktivitas Kerja. ABSTRACT This research was carried out at Bone 27 District High School. The sample uses a total sampling method, that is, all members of the population are used as samples. All samples were 52 respondents in Bone 27 District 27. Data collection methods used were direct interviews with parties involved with the issues being discussed and giving questionnaires to employees in accordance with the research conducted. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, F test and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results of the analysis show that (1) work experience affects the work productivity of teachers in Bone 27 Regency High School (2) the provision of incentives influences the work productivity of teachers in Bone 27 Regency SMA (3) work discipline affects the work productivity of teachers in Bone 27 District SMA ( 4) work experience, provision of incentives, and work discipline have an effect on the work productivity of teachers in SMA 27 Kabupaten Bone Keywords: Work Experience, Incentive Giving, Work Discipline, and Work Productivity

Chewing the betel leaf is a proses of concocting a mixture of several ingredients such us betel leaves, areca nuts and gambier were known to provide a refreshing teste, overcoming stress and believed can strengthen teeth and gums. In addition, these plants also suspected of having antibacterial potential. This research was conducted to determine the ability of combination of betel leaf extract, areca nut and gambier against Streptococcus mutans. This research was experimental by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 8 treatments which is P0 (aquadest), P1{combination of betel leaf extract, areca nut and gambier (3:3:3)}, P2 (3:2:3), P3 (3:1:2), P4 (1:2:3), P5 (2:1:3). P6 (1:3:2) dan P7 (2:3:1). Microbiology test using was diffusion method. Based on results of Anova showed that combination of betel leaf extract, areca nut and gambier greatly effect the growth of Streptococcus mutans (P = 0,000). Duncan further test results showed that the largest average diameter of inhibition zone is indicated by P1 which is 29,50 mm and not significantly different from P2 (26,0 mm) and P3 (26,25 mm) but significantly different from P4 (18,25 mm), P5 (21,5 mm), P6 (18,75 mm) and P7 (21,75 mm). While the smallest average diameter of inhibition zone is indicated by P4 (18,24 mm) and not significantly different from P5 (21,50 mm), P6 (18,75 mm) and P7 (21,75 mm) but significantly different from P1 (29,50 mm) and not significantly different from P2 (26,0 mm) and P3 (26,25 mm).

Stunting merupakan kondisi atau sesuatu permasalahan gizi yang kronis yang disebabkan kurangnya asupan gizi dalam waktu yang cukup lama. Usaha untuk mencegah terjadinya Stunting maka perlu adanya asupan gizi yang cukup dan seimbang melalui asupan makanan yang bergizi. Salah satu nya yang di dapatkan dari tanaman sawi hijau, dengan cara meningkatkan produksi tanaman sawi hijau organik. Untuk meningkatkan produksi sayuran organik salah satu caranya adalah dengan menggunakan pupuk berbasis organik seperti pupuk organik cair kotoran sapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh berbagi dosis pupuk organik cair kotoran sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi hijau (Brasissca chinensis Var.Parachinensis). Penelitian ini di susun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial yang terdiri atas P0: kontrol; P1:dosis 10ml/liter air; P2:20 ml/liter air; P3: 30 ml/liter air; P4: 40 ml/liter air. Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh menunjukkan bahwa pemberian perlakuan pupuk organik cair kotoran sapi dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi hijau pada semua peubah variabel yaitu tunggi tanaman, jumlah helai daun, panjang helai daun, lebar helai daun dan berat basah tanaman sawi hijau. Dijumpai bahwa perlakuan dosis terbaik adalah 30 ml/liter air (P3) dalam meningkatkan semua peubah variabel pengamatan.

Abstract. One of the elements that must be preserved and maintained through education is values, traditions, culture, skills and concepts that apply to the public. In recent years, the government rolled out changes to the curriculum by adding local content subjects. Learning through local content, students were be expected to not only have academic knowledge in the form of global knowledge, but also have a concern for the values of the their surrounding socio-cultural. Conceptually, local content-based curriculum consists of two forms. The first form is attached to all subjects, and the two form a separate activity that has nothing to do with the subject. Jamblang leaf (Syzygium cumini L.) contains several antimicrobial compounds. The content of chemical compounds in a plant is influenced by environmental factors. The Geothermal area of Ie Seum Aceh Besar has a different temperature and pH of the soil. This research was conducted to determine the antimicrobial activity of jamblang leaf ethanol extract which grew inside and outside the geothermal area. This research is experimental laboratories using a complete randomized design (RAL). The study consisted of 3 treatments, namely distilled water, jamblang leaf extract which grew in the Geothermal area of Ie Seum (EDJDKG) and jamblang leaf extract that grew outside the Geothermal area of Ie Seum (EDJLKG) and each 5 replications. The results showed that jamblang leaf ethanol extract that grew inside and outside the geothermal area of Ie Seum was very influential (p = 0,000) in inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albican. Duncan's further test results showed that the largest average inhibitory diameter was produced by EDJDKG (19.20 mm) and was not significantly different from EDJLKG (18.00 mm) in inhibiting the growth of S. aureus. As for E. coli EDJDKG of 20.70 mm and significantly different from EDJLKG (18.70 mm).

Uang logam merupakan uang dalam bentuk koin yang terbuat dari logam. Meskipun nominal uanglogam bernilai rendah, tetap masih digunakan di Indonesia. Uang logam memiliki kemiripan antarayang satu dengan yang lainnya, baik dari segi bentuk, berat, maupun warna. Uang logam tersebutmampu dibedakan dengan mata biasa. Akan tetapi, jika uang logam dalam jumlah yang banyak tentumembutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama untuk membedakannya. Hal itu disebabkan oleh faktorkemiripannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan metode template matching untuk mencocokkangambar input dengan gambar template. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa metode Sum Square OfDiffrences (SSD) dapat mengenali citra yang diuji dengan tingkat keberhasilan 91%.Kata Kunci : Uang Logam, Sum Square Of Diffrences.

The aim of this study was to evaluate difference of influence between inquiry integrated by science generic (IIBSG) student’s work sheet and experiment verification (EV) student’s work sheet learning on students’s phisycs learning outcomes, difference of influence between high and low achievement motivation level on students’s phisycs learning outcomes, and interaction between student’s work sheet and achievement motivation on students’s phisycs learning outcomes. Method of this research was experimental method with a 2x2 faktorial design. Data analyzed with two-way ANOVA. The conclution of this study include there was difference of influence between IIBSG student’s work sheet and EV student’s work sheet learning on students’s phisycs learning outcomes, there was difference influence between high and low achievement motivation level on students’s phisycs learning outcomes, and there was no interaction between student’s work sheet learning and achievement motivation on students’s phisycs learning outcomes.Keywords: IIBSG student’s work sheet, achievement motivation, and student’s phisycs learning outcomes

This study aims to analyze the effect of financing and unemployment on economic growth in Indonesia. This study was conducted in 33 provinces over a period of 7 years from 2011-2017. The data analysis tool used is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) panel. These results prove that all variables such as financing, poverty, unemployment and the consumer price index have an effect on economic growth in Indonesia. There is sufficient evidence that financing, poverty, unemployment and the consumer price index are closely related to economic growth. The recommendation from this research is that Islamic banking can increase financing as an effort to improve the economy. As for the government, they are urged to control the level of poverty and unemployment.

This study will use empirical testing of the influence of variables of inflation, BI rate, exchange rate,money supply with Shari'ah Indonesia Stock Index. To see that effect will be made by the tests instages Vector Autoregression. Data are obtained from the monthly time series data issued by BankIndonesia, between the period January 2011 to December 2014. This study will use the unit root testby using Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF), this test indicates the data is stationary and non-stationaryon the first level differense test. On the cointegration test against variables are co integration andlong-term relationship between the variables related and linked only in one direction only. So theneed to proceed with further testing using VECM. ISSI short-term models affected by inflation and theMoney Supply (JUB) at 90% confidence level. ISSI is affected inflation in the first lag significantlyaffect Indonesia Stock Index Shari'ah.
