<![CDATA[This study aims to examine gender issues in multicultural counseling in school settings, specifically the challenges faced and the strategic role of school counselors in providing equitable and responsive services. The method used in this study is a literature review drawn from various sources, including books and scientific journals. The data obtained is then systematically analyzed through identification, classification, and interpretation to produce a comprehensive and comprehensive understanding. The results of the study indicate that gender issues in multicultural counseling still contain biases and stereotypes stemming from social and cultural constructs, thus affecting counseling services. Challenges faced by school counselors include limited understanding of gender, cultural pressures, and an education system that is not yet fully responsive to gender equality. Counselors also have a crucial role as agents of change in creating a discrimination-free school environment. Therefore, strengthening and following up on these gender issues is necessary. Counselors' awareness and empowerment, along with support from the education system, are also needed to ensure the smooth and optimal functioning of counseling services]]>
