This study aimed to determine the effect of Core Training and Resistance Band Training on the throw-in performance of soccer players in the SMA Negeri 30 Bone Soccer Club. This research employed a quantitative approach, with a sample consisting of 20 soccer players from the SMA Negeri 30 Bone Soccer Club. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS 2026. The results showed that both Core Training and Resistance Band Training had a significant effect on the throw-in performance of the players. The Core Training group showed a mean difference of 3.438, with a t-value of 11.762, which was greater than the t-table value of 1.833, and a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Meanwhile, the Resistance Band Training group showed a mean difference of 2.655, with a t-value of 11.326, which was greater than the t-table value of 1.833, and a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). These findings indicate that both training methods significantly improved the throw-in performance of soccer players at the SMA Negeri 30 Bone Soccer Club.
