Abstract

The research problem is the students' low attitude of responsibility. The research intends to find out how much influence the peer tutor learning model has on students' responsible attitudes in physical education. The type of research is a real experiment, the treatment variables are the peer tutor learning model (MTS) and the direct learning model (MTB). The dependent variable is the attitude of responsibility (STJ). The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Makassar as many as 418 people, with a sample of 76 people who were divided into two groups, namely 38 people in the control group and 38 people in the experimental group. The study lasted for seven meetings in seven weeks, with details of the treatment in five meetings and before and after the treatment was given a pretest and posttest. The data were analyzed by paired t-test. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect of MTB on students' STJ in physical education learning (p<0.05) (2) there was significant influence of MPL on students' STJ in physical education learning (p <0.05) (3) MTB is better at improving students' STJ in physical education learning than MPL (p<0.05). In conclusion, MTB is very good at improving STJ..

Abstract

The problem of bullying is a fairly complex problem for students that must be anticipated by parents and educators. The rampant acts of bullying result in physical and even psychological disturbances to the victim, which is carried out by mocking, insulting, threatening, isolating, and even abusing the victim so that the victim will feel depressed. Schools, which are supposed to be places for play and character development, have turned into terrible places for victims of bullying. Ironically, cases of bullying that occur in children are increasing from year to year, which requires serious attention so that it can be minimized, especially in elementary schools as a place for character formation from the start. In the school environment there are still many cases of bullying that occur and are considered trivial by the bullies. The results of this service show a decrease in bullying incidents after the counseling, although previously there were often cases of exclusion, bullying and the use of negative nicknames according to the results of interviews with students, teachers and parents. These findings emphasize the importance of adequate education and understanding about bullying from an early age so that students can recognize and develop attitudes against violence.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 277 Palattae Desa Maggenrang Kecamatan Kahu Kabupaten Bone. Pokok masalahnya yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan siswa mengenai pentingnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat padahal pengetahuan tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) merupakan salah satu hal yang penting diketahui dan dimengerti oleh siswa. Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat merupakan solusi terbaik sebagai antisipasi dini penularan penyakit pada siswa. Pengabdian ini menekankan pada siswa untuk selalu berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat melalui berbagai cara. Metode yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan dari PKM adalah tim PKM melakukan survei dan penetapan wilayah mitra terlebih dahulu kemudian melaksanakan sosialisasi kepada siswa. Untuk itu, pemberian sosialisasi terkait perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) kepada siswa diharapkan siswa dapat membawa serta menerapkan kebiasaan hidup sehat ke dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya.

Abstract

Penelitian deskriptif ini dilaksanakan untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas metode pengajaran dan kondisi sarana prasarana Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 56 Lanca, Kabupaten Bone. Sebanyak 72 siswa terlibat sebagai populasi dalam penelitian ini, sementara sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 31 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Proses Belajar Mengajar PJOK di lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan dengan beberapa indikator. Untuk metode pengajaran yang menggunakan demonstrasi, diperoleh kriteria sedang dengan tingkat respon rata-rata mencapai 78 kali (50%). Sementara itu, metode ceramah juga menunjukkan kriteria sedang dengan tingkat respon rata-rata sebanyak 83 kali (59,83%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 56 Lanca Kabupaten Bone termasuk dalam kategori sedang, dengan kriteria peralatan olahraga yang memiliki indikator sedang, berdasarkan rata-rata respons siswa sebanyak 72 kali atau 49,56%.

Abstract

Atlet lari jarak jauh memerlukan kondisi fisik prima, di antaranya adalah ketahanan kardiovaskular (VO2max). VO2max adalah kapasitas untuk beraktivitas atau bergerak selama periode yang panjang tanpa keletihan signifikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi VO2max member komunitas larido. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Jumlah total member komunitas larido yang menjadi populasi adalah 120 orang. Untuk keperluan analisis, dipilih sampel sebanyak 20 orang melalui metode purposive sampling. Evaluasi VO2max dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan balke test. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode statistik deskriptif. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat 4 orang yang berada pada klasifikasi sangat baik dan 16 orang pada klasifikasi baik. VO2max tertinggi yang tercatat adalah 51,9 sedangkan yang terendah adalah 40,2 dengan nilai rata-rata mencapai 47,8. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh, disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan VO2max member komunitas larido, yang diukur melalui balke test, berada pada kategori baik.   Kata Kunci: Lari jarak jauh, kondisi fisik, VO2max.

Abstract

Badminton is one of the popular sports and is loved by many people. Badminton also consists of several techniques including racket grip, hitting technique, standing posture, and position and footwork. Therefore, physiotherapy techniques are needed to improve and maximize the grip strength of badminton players which is commonly called Handgrip. This study aims to determine the effect of handgrip training and racket modification training on short serves. The type of research used is quantitative research with experimental research methods. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people who were divided into two groups with each group consisting of 15 people. The research sample was selected using the Random Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the dependent t-test analysis technique. The results obtained in this study with a p-value of 0.109 > 0.05 which shows that there is no significant difference between handgrip training and racket modification on short serve ability but handgrip training is more effective than racket modification training with handgrip training, namely mean difference 9.067 and p-value 0.000 < 0.005 while racket modification training means difference 5.867 and p-value 0.000 < 0.005.This shows that both exercises are equally good for improving short serve skills in badminton. Thus, it is hoped that athletes can improve their short serve skills in badminton by routinely performing physiotherapy movements such as handgrip or other exercises such as racket modification exercises.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has changed social interaction patterns and physical activity ranging from children to result in decreased participation in traditional sports activities. This service activity discusses the importance of traditional game -based sports education as a strategy to re -introduce cultural heritage and develop students' social skills in the era of technological development. The results of this traditional sports game show that traditional sports have a significant positive impact including, preservation of local culture, character formation based on local wisdom values and the development of motorcycle capabilities and student movement coordination in SD 38 Janna-Jannaya. There are several types of traditional sports games implemented in training activities, namely boy-boyan, jump inch, sodor gobak, and crank. It is hoped that the sports game will one day become a sport that is favored by students in the midst of the rise of the development of digital technology that causes students to access online games and other applications. That is the author raising this title as an effort to re -introduce traditional sports cultural heritage to preserve identity and form a balanced generation in the technology era.

Abstract

Table tennis is a sport that is often played by many people because it is an easy and interesting sport to play and is also a sport that is popular with many people, not only teenagers, but also elderly people, both men and women. But many players also don't know and understand the basic techniques of table tennis. The aim of this training is to provide knowledge and insight into basic table tennis techniques to students at SD 119 Belalang in Mataran Village. The problems found in elementary school 119 Grasshopper students did not master the basic techniques in playing table tennis. The method used in this service is the training method. The participants in this basic engineering training were 16 students from SD 119 Belalang. The result of implementing this training is that students can demonstrate increased knowledge and skills in performing basic table tennis techniques including basic techniques of serving, bet grip, smash, backhand and forehand strokes so that this training makes SDGs point 4 namely quality education implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan arah tetap dan latihan arah berubah terhadap kemampuan smash atlet bulu tangkis klub PB Samudera Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu pengaruh latihan arah tetap dan latihan arah berubah terhadap kemampuan smash atlet bulutangkis klub PB Samudera sebagai variabel bebas serta kemampuan smash bulutangkis sebagai variabel terikatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Two Group Pretest-Posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet klub PB Samudera Kabupaten Bone dengan jumlah 14 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pemberian latihan arah tetap terhadap kemampuan smash atlet PB Samudera dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3,93 ttabel sebesar 1,94 pada taraf signifikansi 0,00 0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pemberian latihan arah berubah terhadap kemampuan smash atlet PB Samudera dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 5,02 ttabel 1,94 pada taraf signifikansi 0,00 0,05. (3) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari pemberian antara latihan arah tetap dan dari pemberian latihan arah berubah terhadap kemampuan smash atlet PB Samudera dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 38,91% dan 56,54%. Latihan arah berubah memberikan pengaruh besar daripada latihan arah tetap terhadap kemampuan smash atlet bulutangkis PB Samudera.
