<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the basic concepts of Islamic education supervision, including definitions, foundations, objectives, principles, functions, and implementation techniques. The method used is library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources consist of primary and secondary literature, including books, scientific journal articles, and documents related to Islamic education supervision. Data collection techniques employed documentation, while data analysis used content analysis. The findings show that: (1) Islamic education supervision is a directed and continuous guidance process that integrates the values of the Qur'an and Hadith; (2) Its foundations are derived from the supervision of Allah SWT, angels, self-awareness, and the Sunnah of the Prophet; (3) Its objectives include improving teacher professionalism and developing religious values; (4) Its principles include scientific, democratic, cooperative, constructive, reinforced by ukhuwah and amanah values; (5) Its function is to improve learning quality and school coordination; (6) Its techniques include individual, group, and clinical supervision. In conclusion, Islamic education supervision is holistic, integrating professional, pedagogical, and spiritual aspects in improving the quality of education.]]>
