<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the Qur’an memorization ability and istiqomah (consistency) of a child with autism spectrum disorder at Yayasan Saunah Kaltim, Tenggarong. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the participant was able to memorize 17 juz of the Qur’an despite characteristics of autism such as unstable emotions, frequent anger, and slow response to instructions. This achievement was supported by strong memory, regular murajaah, parental support, teacher guidance, and a conducive learning environment. Istiqomah was reflected in the participant’s consistency in reviewing and maintaining memorization. The study concludes that children with autism spectrum disorder have great potential to memorize the Qur’an when provided with appropriate guidance and continuous support.]]>
