<![CDATA[The quality of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions is an important factor in supporting the success of the educational process during the early stages of a child's development. Improving this quality requires directed and sustainable management through the implementation of effective strategic planning. This article aims to examine the role of strategic planning in increasing the quality of PAUD implementation through a literature review from various relevant scientific sources. The method used is a library research study by collecting and analyzing data from books, scientific journals, previous research results, as well as educational policy documents related to strategic management and education quality. The review results indicate that strategic planning has a significant contribution in helping institutions determine the direction of development, recognize internal strengths and weaknesses, and respond to opportunities and challenges from the external environment. In addition, the formulation of a clear vision and mission, as well as the implementation of continuous evaluation, becomes an important part in supporting the achievement of the institution's goals. Through strategic planning that is systematically prepared and involves various stakeholders, early childhood education institutions (PAUD) can improve management effectiveness, the quality of educational services, as well as the competitiveness of the institution in meeting the needs of the community. Therefore, strategic planning is seen as one of the main instruments in realizing a quality PAUD institution that is oriented towards continuous quality improvement.]]>
