<![CDATA[ This study aims to describe the implementation of the Education Quality Assurance System (SPMP) based on the Eight National Education Standards (SNP) at MTsN 3 Surabaya City. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through field observation, interviews with the Vice Principal for Curriculum, and document analysis, this study examines five components of the SPMP cycle: quality mapping, quality improvement planning, quality fulfillment implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and the establishment of new standards. The findings show that MTsN 3 Surabaya has demonstrated positive overall progress, reflected in complete planning documents, scheduled academic supervision, active learning based on deep learning, qualified and certified teaching staff, and transparent financial management. However, several challenges were identified: inconsistent implementation of deep learning across classrooms, incomplete analytical assessment practices, suboptimal physical facilities, uneven teacher participation in professional development, non-standardized monitoring and evaluation instruments, and insufficient data as a basis for planning. This study contributes to filling the research gap on SPMP implementation in urban state madrasas that have integrated digital program innovations. The findings suggest that consistency in learning standards implementation, equitable improvement of teacher competencies, and strengthening of data-based monitoring and evaluation systems are the priorities for improving sustainable education quality at MTsN 3 Surabaya.]]>
