Abstract

Policies are always associated with the public. Public Policy is a binding decision for the public at a strategic level or broadly the nature made by public authorities. Then education financing. Education financing can be interpreted simply as the cost that must be available and needed in organizing education in order to achieve its vision, mission, objectives, objectives, and strategic. Education financing required for the procurement of buildings, facilities and infrastructure, tutoring, teacher salaries, employee salaries and so on. Nowadays, the management of education, especially primary and secondary education, is the responsibility of the local government. With the granting of large authority, it is expected that the government can maximize the ability or capacity of existing regions in terms of education financing. This research is intended to determine the policy of education financing budget, the source of education budget and allocation of education financing. With this research, of course, it is expected to provide benefits both academically and practically. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection both primary and secondary data using literature riview techniques of online observation and documentation. The results of the study also provide some suggestions including the need for a clear financing mechanism, in the form of standard education costs that must be paid to enter the school.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the success of the collaborative supervision between the head of the madrasah and the teachers at five private madrasah tsanawiyah in Gresik. This research, a qualitative case study design, involved the head of the madrasah and the teachers of five private madrasah tsanawiyah. Instruments used include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research findings demonstrate the significant positive impact of collaborative supervision on teachers’ creativity and professionalism and its direct correlation with students' improved learning quality and learning outcomes. Collaborative supervision has been successful in enhancing the creativity of teachers in the implementation of a multicultural-based independent curriculum. The implications of the findings provide a strong basis for educational institutions to consider implementing more effective collaborative supervision strategies in the context of a multicultural-based independent curriculum. The importance of considering cultural and multicultural contexts is also highlighted in designing educational supervision programmes and strengthening the inclusive learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze 1) contracts in Islamic banking, 2) hadith about contracts in Islamic banking transactions, 3) implementation of hadith in Islamic Banking transactions. The research method uses the interpretation research method, with a descriptive analysis method. The hadith studies used in this study are in the following arrangement: 1) hadith texts and sanad hadith, 2) translation of hadith, 3) brief biography of sanad / hadith scholar, 4) analysis of hadith, 5) implementation of hadith in Islamic Banking transactions. The results of the study 1) contracts in Islamic Banking transactions consist of a) Mudharabah, b) Musyarakah, c) Murabahah, d) Ijarah, e) Qard al Hasan, f) Wakalah, g) Kafalah; 2) In general, hadith in the context of Islamic banking transactions serves to show the validity of a contract and provide guidance in carrying out these transactions in sharia. The hadith is also evidence of the initial agreement between the parties involved in Islamic banking transactions and serves as a handle in resolving disputes in the event of a dispute between them; 3) In mudharabah and musyarakah agreements, banks and customers share risks and benefits with each other. It aims to encourage partnerships and cooperation in business, as well as minimize the risk of failure. In its application, Islamic banking follows islamic sharia rules and principles, including in determining profits and risks that must be shared fairly between banks and customers.

Abstract

Humans are born with potential and innate abilities that need to be developed. This research aims to describe and analyze how to develop students' interests and talents through extracurricular activities, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out extracurricular activities. The approach taken in this research uses a qualitative approach with field study methods. Meanwhile, the data sources in this research contain two sources, namely primary and secondary. Primary includes interviews with teachers and students who take part in extracurricular activities, while secondary includes: journal articles, school documents, archives extracurricular mentoring books, and other internet media that are relevant to this research. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's theory, namely data reduction, data display, data presentation, and data verification so that the results can be interpreted accurately and precisely. The results of this research show that in developing students' interests and talents there are several things, including through extracurricular activities, including martial arts (taekwondo), futsal, harsh music, and scouts. As well as supporting factors in carrying out extracurricular activities: (students are in a dormitory environment because at the school all students are Santri so mum is on site. The inhibiting factors are still the large number of students' lack of discipline and the lack of mentors who guide students in developing their interests and talents.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the educational marketing strategies of MANPK Jombang and MAN Insan Cendekia Pasuruan in addressing the challenges of increasing competition in the education sector. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. A SWOT analysis was conducted to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of both institutions. The findings reveal that MANPK Jombang emphasizes Islamic-based education, while MAN Insan Cendekia Pasuruan highlights science and technology-oriented education. Despite their different approaches, both institutions face challenges in technological adaptation and optimizing digital marketing strategies. This study concludes that implementing innovative digital marketing strategies, such as utilizing social media, interactive websites, and virtual tours, is crucial to enhancing competitiveness and attractiveness. Recommendations are provided to strengthen digital promotion to expand student enrolment outreach.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum baru yang diterapkan di Indonesia. Implementasi kurikulum ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk belajar sesuai bakat dan minat yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep dan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada Pembelajaran Abad-21 di MTs Kanjeng Sepuh Sidayu Gresik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, mengeksplorasi konsep Kurikulum Merdeka, tantangan, peluang, dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas Pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka di MTs. Kanjeng Sepuh Sidayu Gresik sesuai dengan Teori Kurikulum Merdeka Abad-21 (TKMA-21). Penelitian juga mengidentifikasi tantangan, seperti kesiapan pendidik dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan, serta peluang dalam visi sekolah dan partisipasi komunitas. Dampak positif Kurikulum Merdeka terlihat dalam peningkatan nilai akademik, keterampilan, sikap, minat, bakat, prestasi, dan kesiapan siswa. Implikasi penelitian ini melibatkan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kompetensi pendidik, optimalisasi fasilitas pembelajaran, dan penguatan dukungan komunitas. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dan pembelajaran abad-21, memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kurikulum di tingkat menengah pertama serta menjadi acuan bagi sekolah-sekolah lain yang akan mengadopsi Kurikulum Merdeka pada pembelajaran abad-21.Kata kunci: Kurikulum Merdeka, Pembelajaran Abad-21, Madrasah Tsanawiyah

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Saat ini pendidikan di indonesia memasuki era pendidikan abad 21. Terdapat beberapa tuntutan dalam pendidikan abad 21 yaitu (1) menuntut adanya keterlibatan TIK (Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi) dalam proses pembelajaran, (2) menuntut peserta didik untuk memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta  (3) memfokuskan pada literasi atau kemahiran wacana melalui penguasaan jenis-jenis teks. Secara tidak langsung untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut pelaku pendidikan dalam hal ini guru harus mampu berinovasi. Salah satu bentuk inovasi tersebut adalah membuat model elektronik yang mampu membuat peserta didik berpikir kritis dan mampu belajar secara mandiri. Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini secara umum yang akan dicapai adalah tersusunnya e-modul teks eksposisi berbasis HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) menggunakan Sigil bagi peserta didik kelas X SMK. Prosedur pengembangan dalam penelitian ini adalah adaptasi prosedur pengembangan (Borg & Gall, 1989). Adapun langkahnya yaitu (1) pengumpulan informasi, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan produk, (4) uji coba produk, (5) revisi produk. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ahli perancangan pembelajaran, ahli materi/isi, ahli kebahasaan, ahli media, pengguna (guru), dan pengguna (peserta didik). Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar penilaian yang dinilai oleh ahli perancangan pembelajaran, ahli materi/isi, ahli kebahasaan, ahli media, pengguna (guru), dan pengguna (peserta didik). Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa pertama yaitu penilaian ahli perancangan pembelajaran, diperoleh hasil penilaian sebesar 92% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Yang kedua yaitu penilaian ahli materi/isi, diperoleh hasil penilaian sebesar 94% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Yang ketiga yaitu penilaian ahli kebahasaan, diperoleh hasil penilaian sebesar 86% dengan kategori “layak”. Keempat penilaian ahli media, diperoleh hasil penilaian sebesar 92% dengan kategori “sangat layak”.KATA KUNCI: pengembangan, e-modul, teks eksposisi, HOTS, sigil  DEVELOPMENT OF HOTS-BASED EXPOSITION TEXT E-MODULE USING SIGIL FOR CLASS X VOCATIONAL SCHOOL STUDENTS ABSTRACT: Currently, education in Indonesia is entering the era of 21st century education. There are several demands in 21st century education, namely (1) demanding the involvement of ICT (Communication Information Technology) in the learning process, (2) requiring students to have critical thinking skills, and (3 ) focuses on literacy or discourse skills through mastery of text types. Indirectly to meet these demands, education actors in this case teachers must be able to innovate. One form of innovation is to create an electronic model that is able to make students think critically and be able to learn independently. The general objective of this development research to be achieved is the compilation of an e-module based on HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) exposition text using Sigil for students of class X SMK. The development procedure in this study is an adaptation of the development procedure (Borg & Gall, 1989). The steps are (1) information gathering, (2) planning, (3) product development, (4) product testing, (5) product revision. The subjects of this research are learning design experts, material/content experts, linguists, media experts, users (teachers), and users (students). The data collection instrument is in the form of an assessment sheet that is assessed by learning design experts, material/content experts, linguistic experts, media experts, users (teachers), and users (students). The results of the trial show that the first is the assessment of learning design experts, the results obtained are 92% in the "very feasible" category. The second is the assessment of material / content experts, the results of the assessment are 94% in the "very feasible" category. The third is the assessment of linguists, the results obtained are 86% in the "adequate" category. The four media expert assessments, obtained an assessment result of 92% in the "very decent" category. KEYWORDS: development, e-module, exposition text, HOTS, sigil

Abstract

The advancement of technology in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era has brought significant changes to various aspects of education, including managerial supervision in madrasahs. Conventional supervisory methods, which are still widely used, face several challenges, such as time constraints, accessibility issues, and limited effectiveness in providing continuous guidance. Virtual Coaching emerges as an innovative solution in managerial supervision by utilizing digital technology to enhance supervision efficiency and improve learning quality. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Virtual Coaching in managerial supervision, identify challenges in its implementation, and formulate optimal strategies for its application in madrasahs. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research was conducted in several madrasahs that have implemented technology-based supervision. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that Virtual Coaching accelerates the supervision process, enhances teachers' technological competencies, and expedites supervisory feedback. However, its implementation encounters several challenges, including limited infrastructure, varying levels of digital literacy, and supervision time management. Therefore, optimal strategies, such as improving technology access, providing digital training, and establishing policies that support technology-based supervision, are essential to ensure the effective implementation of Virtual Coaching in enhancing the quality of madrasahs in the digital era. ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi dalam era Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek pendidikan, termasuk dalam supervisi manajerial di madrasah. Metode supervisi konvensional yang masih banyak digunakan menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan waktu, akses, serta efektivitas dalam memberikan bimbingan yang berkelanjutan. Virtual Coaching hadir sebagai solusi inovatif dalam supervisi manajerial dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi supervisi dan mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas Virtual Coaching dalam supervisi manajerial, mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam implementasinya, serta merumuskan strategi optimal untuk penerapan di madrasah. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini dilakukan di beberapa madrasah yang telah menerapkan supervisi berbasis teknologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Virtual Coaching mempercepat proses supervisi, meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi, serta mempercepat umpan balik supervisi. Namun, tantangan dalam penerapannya meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur, literasi digital yang bervariasi, serta manajemen waktu supervisi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi optimal seperti peningkatan akses teknologi, pelatihan digital, serta kebijakan yang mendukung supervisi berbasis teknologi agar implementasi Virtual Coaching dapat berjalan secara efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu madrasah di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of technology-based supervision in improving teacher competence and professionalism in the digital era. The case study was conducted in five Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTsS) in Gresik Regency, using a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, then analyzed using thematic techniques. The results showed that technology-based supervision, through platforms such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and WhatsApp, had a positive impact on teacher performance and professionalism. In the performance aspect, there was an increase in online classroom management skills, preparation of digital-based lesson plans, and student evaluation. Meanwhile, in terms of professionalism, teachers showed high enthusiasm for developing technological skills, exploring new learning methods, and adapting to technological demands. Constraints include limited internet access, lack of technology training and limited devices. However, opportunities in the form of principal support, allocation of special funds, and adequate infrastructure enable the optimization of technology-based supervision. This study supports the literature which states that the use of technology in supervision improves the quality of teaching and professional interactions. In conclusion, technology-based supervision plays an important role in meeting the needs of education in the digital era and provides solutions to the challenges of supe.
