This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on student learning outcomes in the subject of Al-Qur’an Hadith at MTs Nurul-Huda Jakarta. This research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive analytic survey method. The population consisted of 180 eighth-grade students, while the sample was selected using simple random sampling involving 64 students. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Product Moment correlation technique. The results showed that the correlation coefficient value obtained was 0.640, which was greater than the r-table values at the 5% significance level (0.246) and 1% significance level (0.317). These findings indicate that self-efficacy has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. The higher the students’ self-efficacy, the better their learning outcomes. Therefore, self-efficacy plays an important role in improving students’ academic achievement.
