Abstract

This research is related to andragogy (adult) learning in the English teaching village program at the Mahesa Institute. Many adults who feel they are still lacking in education are rushing to get education, whether formal, informal or non-formal. Currently, many course institutions offer intensive learning, which gives adults the opportunity to take part in learning according to their needs. The aim of this research is to analyze andragogy learning strategies in the English Village teaching program. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method with a qualitative approach using observation and interviews. This research shows various answers from tutors regarding the strategies applied in the andragogy learning process at the Mahesa Institute. The aim of this research is to show that the strategies used are effective in learning.

Abstract

This research began with observations that the author made at Mulia Jaya Assa'diyyah Bintara Vocational School, where the author found that there were quite significant verbal bullying actions carried out by students there. So the author conducted research, which aimed to find out how PAI teachers' strategies were in dealing with verbal bullying behavior in students and wanted to know what opportunities and obstacles were in anticipating these problems. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this research were PAI teachers, and the supporting informants were class X and XI students. This research uses data collection techniques by observation, interviews with sources, and documentation. To check the validity of the data obtained, we used triangulation techniques by re-collecting data if there was unclear data. Based on the data generated, in implementing this strategy, PAI teachers found various opportunities, such as providing counseling guidance and forming anti-bullying policies. However, they also face obstacles such as difficulty controlling student behavior outside the classroom and students who are not easily advised.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the Field Experience Program (PPL) on students' teaching skills. PPL is an integral part of the teacher education curriculum, which is designed to provide practical experience to students in real teaching situations. The research approach used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires that measured teaching skills before and after participating in PPL, as well as through direct observation during program implementation. The implication of this research is the need for higher education institutions to continue to develop and improve the quality of PPL programs to ensure that student teachers gain relevant and meaningful experience. This research concludes that PPL is an important component in teacher education, which can significantly improve students' teaching skills so that they are ready to face challenges in the real world of education.

Abstract

The project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is one of the projects implemented in the Merdeka curriculum, the implementation of which is different in each school. This research aims to find out how the implementation of the independent curriculum strengthens the profile of Pancasila in the school. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research were obtained from interviews and observations. Using interview instruments, this research conducted interviews with informants from schools consisting of school principals, teachers and students. Based on the results of this research, the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Dharma Wanita, Kediri, East Java has not been implemented comprehensively, but has only been implemented in grade 10. Meanwhile, grades 11 and 12 are still implementing the 2013 Curriculum, and are collaborating with the Putra Sampoerna Foundation (PSF) as an educational consultant to hold outreach and training at SMA Dharma Wanita, Kediri, East Java which discusses the independent curriculum, learning the independent curriculum and learning about P5 activities. Then, in its implementation, SMA Dharma Wanita formed a team of several teachers who were the driving force for creating the P5 project and teaching modules. The Independent Curriculum teaching module at SMA Dharma Wanita was created by adopting or adapting examples of teaching modules that have been created by the ministry and adapted to the school's capabilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh dampak penggunaan alat komunikasi gawai (gadget) atau smartphone secara bebas tidak terkendali pada anak. Alat ini mendekatkan anak-anak pada digitalisasi dunia maya, sehingga memberikan jarak pada mereka dengan dunia nyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan cara mencari, mengumpulkan, membaca, dan menganalisa buku-buku mengenai konsep orang tua dalam mendidik anak sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, skripsi, jurnal dan lain sebagainya yang ada reverensinya dengan masalah penelitian. Kemudian di olah sesuai dengan kemampuan peneliti. Kesimpulannya bahwa pendidikan anak yang pertama dan paling utama dalam Islam adalah pendidikan dalam keluarga. Pendidikan dalam keluarga yang perspektif Islam adalah pendidikan yang didasarkan pada tuntunan agama Islam yang diterapkan dalam keluarga yang dimaksudkan untuk membentuk anak agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, serta berakhlak mulia yang mencakup etika, moral, budi pekerti, spiritual atau pemahaman dan pengalaman nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan tujuan untuk menjelaskan upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam ketika mereka menemui tantangan dalam membaca Al-Qur’an serta elemen-elemen yang memfasilitasi dan menghalangi mereka dalam membantu siswa di SMP Al Washliyah 1 Jakarta yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini ialah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk mengumpulkan data, digunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh selama proses riset di SMP Al Washliyah 1 Jakarta adalah (1) tindakan yang diambil oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur'an di SMP Al Washliyah 1 Jakarta, yaitu a) dengan menggunakan metode halaqah tahsin dan tahfiz seperti Muatan Lokal (Mulok) ketika kegiatan pembelajaran PAI sedang dilaksanakan. b) selalu membiasakan diri untuk membaca ayat-ayat pendek sebelum memulai kelas yang diadakan oleh teman sejawat. c) setiap sabtu pagi, secara teratur diadakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang wajib diikuti oleh siswa mengenai ilmu tajwid. 2) Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam membantu peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca Al-Qur'an di SMP Al Washliyah 1 Jakarta adalah a) variasi dalam kemampuan peserta didik. b) kurangnya perhatian dari orang tua terhadap anak-anak mereka. c) jumlah pengajar serta waktu yang tidak mencukupi. (3) faktor-faktor yang membantu guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam mengatasi masalah membaca Al-Qur'an di SMP Al Washliyah 1 Jakarta adalah a) adanya fasilitas dan infrastruktur pembelajaran yang memadai. b) motivasi serta semangat dari guru PAI. c) dukungan yang diberikan oleh kepala sekolah dan guru wali kelas.

Abstract

The background of this research is to determine the implementation of the independent curriculum in the learning process, as well as the obstacles faced, especially in the implementation of PKL. The school and Islamic Religious Education teachers are given the responsibility to ensure that students continue to carry out summative learning in the midst of the PKL implementation. The researcher has made a simple observation that at SMK Negeri 33 Jakarta there are still students who have difficulty in learning Islamic Religion during PKL. Therefore, the reason the researcher undertook this research was to find out how Islamic Religious Education teachers overcome problems in this regard, what obstacles and solutions the school and Islamic Religious Education teachers provide. The aim is to ensure that students continue to receive maximum Islamic Religious Education learning during PKL. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The research data sources are Islamic Religious Education teachers, the Deputy Curriculum of SMK Negeri 33 Jakarta, peer teachers, and students. The data analysis techniques used were data presentation and conclusion drawing. This study used a validity test using research data using source triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that teachers and the school strive to ensure that the implementation of PKL does not interfere too much with Islamic Religious Education learning. With this, teachers arrange an Islamic Religious learning schedule by adjusting the work schedule during PKL with the Islamic Religious Education learning schedule, because it will not be the same as in-class learning, learning is done online and uses platforms such as zoom, PowerPoint and others. The obstacles experienced by Islamic Religious Education teachers and students, namely Islamic Religious Education learning. There was a decrease in grades after carrying out PKL, and due to being far from teacher supervision, there were several reported problems such as not praying obligatory. Therefore, the solution is, teachers must be able to get good time, as well as interesting learning. And provide input between teachers and students to improve grades.
