<![CDATA[Teacher performance is a key determinant of the success of the learning process. This study aims to examine the influence of school principals’ leadership and work motivation on the performance of ASN teachers in public elementary schools in Agrabinta District, Cianjur Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. A total of 102 ASN teachers were selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results show that school principals’ leadership has a significant positive effect on teacher performance, both individually and simultaneously with work motivation. In addition, work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The combination of effective leadership and high work motivation contributes to improving teachers’ pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. It can be concluded that strengthening school leadership and enhancing teacher work motivation are essential to improving teacher performance.
