<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low involvement of students in the science learning process in the fourth grade of SDN 20 Binuang Kampung Dalam, Padang City. Students are less enthusiastic and easily lose focus during learning because the learning process is still teacher-centered. This study aims to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes in science learning using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model in the fourth grade of SDN 20 Binuang Kampung Dalam, Padang City. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a qualitative and quantitative approach implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were teachers and 24 fourth grade students in the January–June semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. Research data were obtained through PPM observations, observations of teacher and student activities, and assessment of learning outcomes in the affective, psychomotor, and cognitive aspects. The results showed an increase in each cycle. The PPM assessment increased from 89.58% in cycle I to 95.83% in cycle II. Teacher activity increased from 89.58% to 95.43%, while student activity increased from 85.42% to 95.43%. Student learning outcomes also increased, namely the affective aspect from 77.72 to 91.67, the psychomotor aspect from 79.16 to 92.19, and the cognitive aspect from 80.21 to 91.25. Thus, the NHT model can improve student learning outcomes in Science Learning in grade IV of SDN 20 Binuang Kampung Dalam, Padang City.]]>
