<![CDATA[The rapid development of digital technology has changed the pattern of social interaction, including in elementary school children who are increasingly exposed to social media without adequate digital literacy provisions. This study aims to analyze the development of digital literacy e-comics in Pancasila Education learning to shape the character of elementary school students who are wise in using social media at SD Negeri 14/I Sungai Baung, Muara Bulian District, Batang Hari Regency, Jambi Province. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing relevant literature, related policies, and theoretical frameworks of digital literacy education and character building. The results of the analysis show that e-comic media has great potential as an innovative learning medium because it combines visual narrative elements that are close to students' world with digital literacy content and Pancasila values. Character development through e-comics is considered relevant to strengthen students' critical and ethical attitudes in interacting on social media. This study recommends that e-comics be developed as a supplementary learning medium in Pancasila Education integrated with digital literacy programs at the elementary school level.]]>
