This study aims to develop digital educational comic media to improve the science literacy of fourth-grade elementary school students. This study is a Research and Development (R&D) study using the ADDIE model, limited to the analysis, design, and development stages. The research subjects consisted of fourth-grade students at SD N 1 Bebalang and their fourth-grade teachers. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the needs analysis indicated that students require engaging, visual, and contextual learning media for science education. The developed product is a digital educational comic in the form of an interactive PDF containing fourth-grade elementary school science material. The results of the expert validation showed a score of 86% from the content expert, 90% from the media expert, and 90% from the education practitioner, with an average of 88.67%, which falls into the “highly suitable” category. The research results indicate that digital educational comics are suitable for use in helping to improve science literacy among elementary school students.
