<![CDATA[This research is motivated by Pancasila Education, a subject that teaches the state ideology. One of the most important components of a successful Pancasila learning process is learning media. Media can help concretize information, facilitate understanding of concepts, and increase student learning motivation.The research model to be used is Research and Development (R&D). According to Okpatrioka (2023), Research and Development (R&D) is a process or steps to develop a new product or improve an existing product. In this study, the researcher chose to use the ADDIE model. According to (Ariani, 2022), there are five stages of ADDIE model development research, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects involved expert validators, teachers, and fifth-grade students in three elementary schools with a total of 55 students. The instruments used included validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, student response questionnaires, pre-test questions, and post-test questions. The results of this study indicate that the media has a very valid level of validity with a percentage of 95.99%. Practicality based on teacher and student responses at the trial school SDN 35 Parak Karakah was 92.28%, SDN 03 Simpang Haru 87.48%, and the research school at SDN 23 Marapalam 93.94%. Effectiveness based on pre-test and post-test questions at the trial school SDN 35 Parak Karakah was 0.765555556, SDN 03 Simpang Haru 0.741666667, and at the research school SDN 23 Marapalam 0.683333333, all of which were categorized as feasible.]]>
