<![CDATA[The development of information technology encourages educational institutions to undertake digital transformation in their administrative systems, including school archive management. This study aims to analyze the problems and strategies for digitizing school archive management through the SRIKANDI application to improve administrative efficiency at MTsN 3 Sidoarjo. This study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation were used to collect data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the SRIKANDI application has a positive impact on school administrative efficiency, such as accelerating document searches, reducing paper use, facilitating letter disposition, and improving the security of digital archives. However, the implementation of the application still faces several obstacles, including limited information technology capabilities of administrative staff, internet network disruptions, user adaptation to digital systems, and a lack of technical training. The strategies implemented by the school to overcome these problems include application usage training, technical assistance, improving information technology facilities, and strengthening coordination among school administrative staff. Thus, archive digitization through the SRIKANDI application can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of school administration if adequate infrastructure and human resources are available.]]>
