This study analyzes public information management through digital communication and media relations at PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek using a qualitative case study approach with participatory observation and interviews. The findings are analyzed through The Circular Model of SoMe (Share, Optimize, Manage, Engage), showing that information management is conducted through a structured process, including information gathering, press release preparation, distribution to mass media, and publication on social media. The integration of media relations and digital communication enhances effectiveness, with mass media strengthening credibility and social media enabling interactive communication. Media monitoring serves as an evaluation tool to measure dissemination effectiveness. However, challenges remain in maintaining message consistency and balancing speed with accuracy, requiring strong coordination across communication functions.
