This study aims to describe the implementation of innovative curriculum management and analyze its implications for improving children's learning achievement at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Pasangkayu. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques comprising participatory observation, semi-structured interviews with five key informants, and documentation study. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman & SaldaƱa, with data validity ensured through source triangulation, method triangulation, and member checking. The results indicate that innovative curriculum management was implemented systematically through collaborative planning, active learning execution based on varied methods and concrete media, integration of Islamic character values, and periodic holistic evaluation. This implementation had a significant implication on the improvement of children's learning achievement comprehensively, encompassing cognitive, psychomotor, affective, and social-emotional aspects, while simultaneously forming Islamic character, independence, and creativity as a foundation for entering the next level of education. These findings affirm that innovative curriculum management that is well-planned, consistent, and supported by all school components serves as the primary driver of quality improvement in early childhood education, in alignment with the fourth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely Quality Education
