This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of digital tourism on the visitor experience at the National Museum of Indonesia, Central Jakarta. The development of information technology in this era has brought significant transformations in the tourism industry, particularly in museums, including how visitors obtain information, interact with content, and document their visit experiences. This study employs a quantitative method, with independent variables including information provision, contextual awareness, digital accessibility, and interactivity, while the dependent variables include sensory experience, emotional experience, cognitive experience, and behavioral experience. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 museum visitors. Data analysis was conducted to identify behavior patterns, preferences, and visitor satisfaction levels. The results of the study indicate that all digital tourism variables have a positive and significant effect on the tourist experience at the National Museum of Indonesia. The provision of digital information helps users plan their visits. Contextual awareness allows users to understand the museum’s atmosphere before their visit. Digital accessibility supports online exploration of the museum. Finally, interactivity enhances the educational and memory-related aspects of the visit. Based on the research findings, digital tourism has a positive effect on the tourist experience, with an F-value of 49.989 and a significance level of 0.000. With an R-Square value of 0.678, 67.8% of the variance in the tourist experience can be explained by the dimensions of information provision, contextual awareness, digital accessibility, and interactivity. Meanwhile, 32.2% is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. These results confirm that digital tourism significantly improves the quality of the tourist experience. The National Museum of Indonesia also provides a foundation for formulating creative and effective strategies in managing museum operations that meet the demands of the digital era.
