Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi membaca pada anak dengan cara melakukan kegiatan pembiasaan pada anakdi lingkungan desal embar Selatan. Mengingat kondisi anak yang saat ini jauh sekali dari keinginannya untuk membaca, baik di rumah ataupun di sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi sasarannya adalah seluruh anak yanga da di desa lembar Selatan Lombok barat. Kegiatan pembiasaan yang dilaksanakan memiliki jadwal yang telah disusun berdasarkan hasil rapat kepala desa dan perangkat desa. Kegiatan pembiasaan budaya literasi membaca pada anak ternyata disambut baik oleh Masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pembiasaan ini sudah berjalan selama dua bulan dan di pantau langsung oleh kepala kepala desa lembar Selatan sebagai penggagas kegiatan pembiasaan ini. Siswa sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan pembiasaan ini.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan Islam sebagai sebuah organisasi, sangat membutuhkan figur kepemimpinan yang efektif dan transformatif agar bisa melakukan suatu perubahan yang nyata dalam mencapai tujuan demi kemajuan dan peningkatan mutu layanannya. Salah satu model kepemimpinan yang terlihat mampu mewujudkan perubahan yang positif bagi sebuah organisasi/lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam memberikan layanan sosial dan pendidikan yaitu kepemimpinan Transformasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka/library research dengan melakukan studi literatur yang sesuai dengan pokok bahasan. Tujuan dalam tulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan konsep dasar kepemimpinan Transformasional dalam pendidikan Islam, dan mendeskripsikan komponen-komponen dalam kepemimpinan Transformasional pendidikan Islam. Hasil dan Pembahasan kepemimpinan Transformasional merupakan pencipta dan pencetus pemikiran dan visi yang baru dalam kehidupan organisasi, walaupun masih banyak pandangan tentang makna dari kepemimpinan Transformasional tersebut, secara umum dapat dimaknai sebagai agen suatu perubahan; Komponen kepemimpinan Transformasional yaitu kharismatik, stimulasi intelektual, pertimbangan individu, dan motivasi inspirasi.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of Grade IVstudents at SDN 01 Bengkayang in the subject of Arts, Culture, and Crafts(SBDP) through the implementation of the role-playing learning model.The low learning outcomes of students are thought to be caused by a lackof active student involvement in the learning process and teachingmethods that tend to be monotonous. This research employs a classroomaction research (CAR) method conducted in two cycles. Each cycleincludes planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Thesubjects of this research were 33 Grade IV students of SDN 01Bengkayang in the academic year 2024/2025. Student learning outcomedata were collected through formative tests at the end of each cycle.Observational data on student and teacher activities during the learningprocess were also collected to support the analysis. The research resultsindicate a significant improvement in student learning outcomes after theimplementation of the role-playing model. In the first cycle, the averagestudent learning outcome was 51.21%, and it increased to 81.15% in thesecond cycle. This increase demonstrates that the role-playing model iseffective in enhancing students' understanding and mastery of SBDPmaterial, as it provides opportunities for students to learn actively,creatively, and enjoyably through direct role-playing experiences. Thisresearch recommends the application of the role-playing model as aninnovative and effective learning alternative for improving student learningoutcomes in the subject of SBDP at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The partial effect of leadership style on employee performance, (2) The partial effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and (3) The simultaneous effect of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Boiler Total Solution. Sampling used a probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling category. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with the help of SPSS version 18.00. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that leadership style and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that in MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan, various information related to the school is still delivered in a simple way using two-dimensional media such as banners, posters, announcement papers, and brochures affixed to the making or delivered via microphone. This makes some students less informed with the media used can be damaged, and lost. The purpose of this study, among others, is to make it easier for students to get information, and make it easier for teachers to convey information to be conveyed. The research method used in this research is a research and development method known as Research And Development (R&D) The development model used by Waterfall Pressmanconsists of 5 stages, namely communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment. The research was tested through three stages, namely the validity test was carried out with several experts in their fields such as content, construct, and language using Aiken's V formula. Second, the practicality test was carried out with teachers at the research location using the Moment Kappa (k) formula, and the effectiveness test was carried out with several students using the G-Score formula (<g>). The results of research on media promotion of educational institutions that can be used by schools. The form of this media is a website-based digital information board. The validity product test was 0.88 which was declared valid, the practicality test result of 0.93 was declared very practical, and the effectiveness test result of 0.94 was declared effective. So it can be concluded that the promotional media for educational institutions using digital information boards are valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

ThThe community service program through the Student Community Service (KKN) in Luwuk Bunter Village, Cempaga District, East Kotawaringin Regency, focused on enhancing religious values among children. The main issue faced by the community was the lack of religious activities for children, such as Qur’an recitation and congregational prayers, due to limited teaching resources. The KKN team applied a participatory approach by involving children, community leaders, and mosque administrators in various religious activities. The methods included regular congregational worship, Qur’an literacy guidance, and mentoring in daily manners and ethics. The results of the program showed an increase in children’s participation in religious activities that were previously inactive, as well as the revitalization of the mosque’s role as a center for religious education. This program had a positive impact by fostering religious habits, motivating children to learn, and raising community awareness of the importance of instilling religious values from an early age.
