<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the effect of local wisdom-based Canva learning media on students’ engagement in IPAS learning for fifth grade students at SDN 136 Palembang. This research used an experimental method with a Posttest-Only Control Design. The sample consisted of 52 students divided into an experimental class and a control class. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaires, then analyzed using the t-test with SPSS version 26. The results showed that local wisdom-based Canva learning media had a significant effect on students’ learning engagement, indicated by a significance value lower than 0.05 (Sig. < 0.05). Students in the experimental class were more active, enthusiastic, and focused during the learning process.
