<![CDATA[School vision and mission serve as strategic directions for achieving educational goals; however, their implementation often encounters challenges related to organizational commitment, communication, and program alignment. This study aimed to analyze the principal’s leadership in realizing the vision and mission of SMA Negeri 11 Luwu and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors influencing the process. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach conducted at SMA Negeri 11 Luwu, Lamasi District, Luwu Regency. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, vice principals, and school personnel. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that the principal’s leadership in realizing the school vision and mission was implemented through five interconnected dimensions: communication of the vision and mission, principal role modeling, empowerment of school members, program alignment, and continuous supervision and evaluation. Effective communication fostered a shared understanding among school stakeholders, while role modeling strengthened organizational culture and commitment. Empowerment encouraged active participation in achieving school goals, and program alignment ensured that school activities supported the strategic direction of the institution. Continuous supervision and evaluation functioned as mechanisms for monitoring achievement and improving performance. Supporting factors included strong commitment, collaborative culture, and organizational support, whereas inhibiting factors involved differences in understanding the vision and mission, uneven participation, and limitations in evaluation practices. The study concludes that integrated principal leadership plays a crucial role in translating the school vision and mission into sustainable organizational practices.]]>
