<![CDATA[Achievements are categorized into academic and non-academic achievements. Academic achievement stems from a student's intellectual ability and is determined by factors such as intelligence or the mastery of knowledge. Conversely, non-academic achievement arises from a student's demonstration of talents and interests such as participation in scientific paper competitions, sports, the arts, and other activities. Given the importance of supporting students' non-academic achievements, educational institutions require effective student affairs management. This study employs a qualitative research approach. Data sources included the vice-principal for student affairs, the school principal, and students from SMK Mamba’ul Ulum, Jambi City. Data collection methods involved interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data collection, analysis, and conclusion drawing. The study's findings are as follows: 1) Planning for the enhancement of non-academic achievement involves: a) Identifying non-academic activities aligned with students' talents, interests, and potential; b) Communicating available non-academic activities to students; c) Identifying the supporting facilities and infrastructure required for these activities; 2) Implementation involves: a) Organizing non-academic activities suited to students' talents, interests, and potential; b) Encouraging student participation in the organized activities; c) Appointing supervising teachers based on their competence; 3) Evaluation involves: a) Written tests; b) Comparing achieved outcomes against established targets; c) Actively involving students in competitions.]]>
