Abstract

Da'wah, or spreading Islamic teachings, is an obligation for Muslims to guide them towards the right path. In the contemporary era, the integration of technology, especially social media platforms such as Facebook, plays an important role in conveying religious messages. This research explores the strategic approach to Bil Hikmah da'wah implemented by the Facebook account @pecintaudud, associated with Ustadz Maududi. This research aims to understand how these accounts use sentimental, rational and sensory strategies to convey Islamic messages effectively. Despite being faced with challenges such as negative perceptions and limited resources, @pecintaudud shows resilience and commitment in spreading positive messages through creative content. This study emphasizes the significance of social media in contemporary da'wah, while highlighting the role of dedication and integration of technology in overcoming various challenges. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Which, to obtain data for this thesis using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Furthermore, so that this research can be focused, the theory that is used as a reference in this thesis is dakwah strategy theory. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Penelitian ini membahas mengenai strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan yang ada di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Baqiyatush Shalihat. Tujuan dari tesis ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengenai strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Baqiyatush Shalihat. Penelitian ini di muat dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif, yang menggunakan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi dalam pengumpulan datanya. Berdasarkan temuan penulis, dalam melakukan pemasarannya, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Baqiyatush Shalihat menggunakan strategi meliputi unsur 5 P yaitu produk (product), yaitu dari segi Tahfidz, Kedisiplianan, Adab budi pekerti dan Program salafi , harga (price), yaitu dengan harga yang masih standard rata-rata di pasaran, lokasi (place), Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Baqiyatush Shalihat sendiri memiliki lokasi yang strategis, orang (people), memiliki sumber daya manusia (guru, dan staf) yang berkompeten di bidangnya masing-masing, serta promosi (promotion), yaitu dilakukan dengan menggunakan penyebaran brosur, kalender, dan pamflet. Faktor pendukung dalam melakukan pemasarannya yaitu berupa promosi yang dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut oleh para orang tua beserta kepala madrasah diangkat menjadi bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah sarana – prasarana yang didalamnya terdapat kekurangan beserta masih adanya siswa yang terpaksa untuk sekolah sehingga tidak sampai selesai. Keberhasilan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Baqiyatush Shalihat dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya pendaftran setiap tahun terhadap animo masyarakat di madrasah tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of madrasah principals in developing human resources in Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi Province. Effective human resource development is very important to improve the quality of education and madrasah operations. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research methods, through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of several madrasah principals in various Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi Province. The results of the study indicate that the strategies implemented by madrasah principals include teacher professional development through ongoing training, regular performance assessments, and the creation of a collaborative and innovative work environment. Madrasah principals also pay attention to the welfare of teachers and staff by providing adequate support, both financially and non-financially. Challenges faced include budget constraints and lack of access to external professional training. In conclusion, good madrasah principal management plays an important role in developing quality HR, which has a direct impact on improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi.
