Abstract

Da'wah, or spreading Islamic teachings, is an obligation for Muslims to guide them towards the right path. In the contemporary era, the integration of technology, especially social media platforms such as Facebook, plays an important role in conveying religious messages. This research explores the strategic approach to Bil Hikmah da'wah implemented by the Facebook account @pecintaudud, associated with Ustadz Maududi. This research aims to understand how these accounts use sentimental, rational and sensory strategies to convey Islamic messages effectively. Despite being faced with challenges such as negative perceptions and limited resources, @pecintaudud shows resilience and commitment in spreading positive messages through creative content. This study emphasizes the significance of social media in contemporary da'wah, while highlighting the role of dedication and integration of technology in overcoming various challenges. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Which, to obtain data for this thesis using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Furthermore, so that this research can be focused, the theory that is used as a reference in this thesis is dakwah strategy theory. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Penelitian ini membahas mengenai strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan yang ada di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Baqiyatush Shalihat. Tujuan dari tesis ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengenai strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Baqiyatush Shalihat. Penelitian ini di muat dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif, yang menggunakan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi dalam pengumpulan datanya. Berdasarkan temuan penulis, dalam melakukan pemasarannya, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Baqiyatush Shalihat menggunakan strategi meliputi unsur 5 P yaitu produk (product), yaitu dari segi Tahfidz, Kedisiplianan, Adab budi pekerti dan Program salafi , harga (price), yaitu dengan harga yang masih standard rata-rata di pasaran, lokasi (place), Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Baqiyatush Shalihat sendiri memiliki lokasi yang strategis, orang (people), memiliki sumber daya manusia (guru, dan staf) yang berkompeten di bidangnya masing-masing, serta promosi (promotion), yaitu dilakukan dengan menggunakan penyebaran brosur, kalender, dan pamflet. Faktor pendukung dalam melakukan pemasarannya yaitu berupa promosi yang dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut oleh para orang tua beserta kepala madrasah diangkat menjadi bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah sarana – prasarana yang didalamnya terdapat kekurangan beserta masih adanya siswa yang terpaksa untuk sekolah sehingga tidak sampai selesai. Keberhasilan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Baqiyatush Shalihat dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya pendaftran setiap tahun terhadap animo masyarakat di madrasah tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and construct the relationship between teachers and students in the perspective of Islamic education, using a descriptive-analytical method with the approach of Islamic education, history, and comparative science. This research found that the teacher-student relationship in Islamic education forms a civilizational bond based on prophetic, human, and divine values in the learning process. This relationship is identified through four main aspects: first, the educative interaction relationship that emphasizes communication and knowledge transfer holistically; second, educative internalization that focuses on instilling moral and spiritual values in students; third, religious personality formation that directs students to develop strong religious characters; and fourth, religious professionalism that encourages teachers to carry out their roles with high responsibility and integrity in accordance with Islamic principles. This study emphasizes the importance of teacher-student relations rooted in civilizational values and spirituality to achieve educational goals in line with Islamic principles, and underlines the important role of teachers in shaping students into noble and highly competent individuals. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengonstruksi relasi antara guru dan murid dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam, menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan ilmu pendidikan Islam, sejarah, dan komparatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hubungan guru-murid dalam pendidikan Islam membentuk ikatan keadaban yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai profetik, insaniah, dan Ilahiah dalam proses pembelajaran. Relasi ini diidentifikasi melalui empat aspek utama: pertama, relasi interaksi edukatif yang menekankan pada komunikasi dan transfer pengetahuan secara holistik; kedua, internalisasi edukatif yang berfokus pada penanaman nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual dalam diri murid; ketiga, pembentukan personalitas religius yang mengarahkan murid untuk mengembangkan karakter beragama yang kuat; dan keempat, profesionalisme religius yang mendorong guru untuk menjalankan peran mereka dengan tanggung jawab dan integritas tinggi sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya relasi guru-murid yang berakar pada nilai-nilai keadaban dan spiritualitas untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam, serta menggarisbawahi peran penting guru dalam membentuk murid menjadi individu yang berakhlak mulia dan berkompetensi tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of madrasah principals in developing human resources in Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi Province. Effective human resource development is very important to improve the quality of education and madrasah operations. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research methods, through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of several madrasah principals in various Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi Province. The results of the study indicate that the strategies implemented by madrasah principals include teacher professional development through ongoing training, regular performance assessments, and the creation of a collaborative and innovative work environment. Madrasah principals also pay attention to the welfare of teachers and staff by providing adequate support, both financially and non-financially. Challenges faced include budget constraints and lack of access to external professional training. In conclusion, good madrasah principal management plays an important role in developing quality HR, which has a direct impact on improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi.

Abstract

Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta (KBC) hadir sebagai inovasi pendidikan Islam yang menekankan nilai kasih sayang, empati, dan kemanusiaan dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Munawwarah Kota Jambi dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta, ditinjau dari aspek pemahaman konseptual, praktik nilai, dan kesiapan administratif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara substantif madrasah telah mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai KBC melalui berbagai program seperti murajaah, shalat berjamaah, tahfiz, kegiatan sosial, dan budaya madrasah yang kondusif. Namun demikian, dari aspek administratif dan prosedural, pemahaman guru dan kepala madrasah terhadap konsep dan mekanisme KBC masih terbatas, terutama terkait penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran dan dokumentasi kurikulum. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan pelatihan, penyediaan panduan teknis yang komprehensif, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan dari pemerintah agar implementasi Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta dapat berjalan secara optimal dan sistematis di madrasah

Abstract

This study discusses the use of Quizizz to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Al-Qur’an Hadith at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (Vocational High School) Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Kota Jambi. This research is a quantitative study using the True Experimental-Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design method, while data collection was carried out through the Quizizz application. The results showed that the use of the Quizizz application had a significant effect on student learning outcomes in the Al-Qur’an Hadith subject. This is evidenced by the calculation result of the sig (2-tailed) value of P: 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on these findings, this study suggests that teachers apply learning using the Quizizz application in the teaching of Al-Qur’an Hadith. Abstract

integrating islamic knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship is a good opportunity to develop because it has the opportunity to be developed because the indonesian population is the largest muslim in the world. this research aims to apply entrepreneurship-based project-based learning (PJBL) learning based on islamic knowledge. the method used is quantitative with a one-group pretest–posttest design. a likert scale questionnaire is used to measure students' achievement of entrepreneurial interest before and after learning. the research results showed that students experienced an increase in interest in entrepreneurship after the learning was carried out, where the average achievement of students reached 86.68% in the very high category. this research is only designed to produce product designs based on islamic concepts. future research is expected to be able to develop entrepreneurship-based pjbl learning to produce marketable products. keywords: entrepreneurship learning, project based-learning,

Abstract

Analysis of the Readiness of Fiqih Teachers in Implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at MTs Fathul Huda Rimbo Ulu Tebo.The Merdeka Curriculum is an extensive intrakurikuler learning curriculum. Optimizing content will be more noticeable, allowing students sufficient time to study a subject, as well as improving their abilities and competencies. Teachers can choose various teaching methods so that students’ interests and learning needs can be fulfilled.The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the level of readiness of Fathul Huda Rimbo Ulu Tebo in facing the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum; (2) to identify the factors that hinder or support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at MTs Fathul Huda Rimbo Ulu Tebo; and (3) to examine the follow-up actions taken by fiqh teachers in overcoming obstacles in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at MTs Fathul Huda Rimbo Ulu Tebo.This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The data sources were obtained from primary data through informants, including the head of the madrasah, vice principal for curriculum affairs, fiqih teachers, and students. Secondary data were obtained through observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of the study show that: (1) the readiness of MTs Fathul Huda in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum is still not optimal, although fiqh subject teachers have the potential to apply it. However, several factors hinder its implementation, such as limited facilities and lack of training or introduction to the Merdeka Curriculum, as not all teachers fully understand or master its application. (2) Several inhibiting factors were identified: first, the quality of human resources (teachers) is still inadequate; second, limited facilities and learning resources, including insufficient infrastructure and teachers’ lack of technological proficiency; third, teachers are already comfortable with traditional teaching methods and lack experience in implementing the Merdeka learning approach. 3) The follow-up actions taken by the school include the head of the madrasah acting as a motivator for teachers by providing encouragement and support to learn the Merdeka Curriculum, along with socialization and training sessions. Workshops on the Merdeka Curriculum are also conducted for teachers, and efforts are made to improve school facilities. Keywords: Readiness, Fiqih Teachers, Merdeka Curriculum

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low critical thinking skills of class VII A students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education at Junior High School 30 Muaro Jambi Regency. The low level of critical thinking skills was indicated by students’ lack of ability to analyze learning materials, express opinions, provide logical reasons for their answers, and solve problems related to the lesson material. Therefore, an appropriate learning method is needed to improve students’ critical thinking skills, one of which is differentiated learning through the Gallery Walk method. This study aims to analyze students’ critical thinking skills in the teaching and learning process of Islamic Religious Education through differentiated learning using the Gallery Walk method for class VII A students at Junior High School 30 Muaro Jambi Regency. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of Islamic Religious Education teachers and class VII A students. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed that the implementation of differentiated learning using the Gallery Walk method was able to improve students’ critical thinking skills. This could be seen from the increased ability of students to ask questions, provide responses, analyze learning materials, participate in discussions, express logical opinions, and collaborate in groups to complete learning tasks. In addition, differentiated learning helped teachers adjust learning strategies according to students’ characteristics and learning needs, making the learning process more active, interactive, and meaningful. Supporting factors in implementing this method included teacher creativity, student cooperation, and a conducive learning environment, while the inhibiting factors included limited learning time and differences in students’ levels of understanding of the material.
