<![CDATA[Because of its high nutritional value and ease of digestion by fish, Daphnia magna is widely used in aquaculture. The goal of this final practical work was to study how to cultivate Daphnia magna as a natural feed using organic fertilizer and to measure the population growth during the maintenance period. The activity took place at the Kupang State Agricultural Polytechnic for 17 days using a 500-liter fiber tank. The organic fertilizer used as a nutrient source in the culture medium was made up of fermented rice-washing water and fish pellets. Temperatures between 27.7 and 28.5°C, pH levels between 7.1 and 7.9, and dissolved oxygen concentrations between 4.8 and 6.5 mg/L were all within acceptable bounds during the maintenance period.]]>
