This study aims to examine the implementation of a traditional game-based learning model in teaching and learning activities at SD Inpres 3 Birobuli, as well as to analyze its impact on the development of students' creativity and collaboration. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, the school committee, and students, as well as documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted inductively through data reduction, data display, and verification, with data validity tested through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the implementation of the traditional game-based learning model, using games such as congklak, jump rope, and hide-and-seek, has been systematically designed from planning through evaluation, with teachers acting as facilitators who promote student-centered learning. The application of this model has proven to significantly foster students' creativity through the stimulation of strategic and imaginative thinking, as well as to build collaboration through social interaction and collective responsibility within groups. This study recommends traditional games as an innovative, local content-based learning strategy that is relevant for sustained implementation in elementary schools.
