This study aims to describe the implementation of strategic management in shaping Islamic character values and to analyze the implications of integrating academic and non-academic activities on students' character formation at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Palu. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with the researcher serving as the key instrument. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the head of madrasah, deputy head, teachers, extracurricular supervisors, and students, as well as documentation of madrasah programs. Data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that strategic management is implemented systematically through planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation involving all elements of the madrasah, integrating religious habituation, Quran memorization, and Islamic-based extracurricular activities. This integration has implications for increased discipline, social awareness, independence in worship, and strengthened student character, despite constraints in time, teacher competency, and parental support. These findings contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4 on quality and character-based education.
