<![CDATA[The management of distribution materials at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Tabing often faces obstacles due to manual recording processes that lack real-time synchronization and are prone to human error. This study aims to develop a Warehouse Management System (WMS) based on Progressive Web App (PWA) and Firebase to optimize logistics operational efficiency. The development follows the Waterfall methodology, which provides a structured approach from analysis to implementation. The system incorporates Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure data integrity and secure user access management. The results demonstrate that the proposed system successfully digitizes stock recording and material tracking, significantly improving the accuracy of logistics data and providing better decision-making support for management.]]>
